Covered by standard cleaning: ordinary light dust, minor deodorant transfer, and small removable food or beverage marks that are fully removed through routine professional cleaning.

Additional charges may apply: stains or damage requiring treatment beyond standard cleaning, including heavy makeup or tanning-product transfer, oil, ink, wine, mud, dye transfer, permanent discoloration, burns, tears, holes, unauthorized alterations, or missing pieces. Permanent damage, loss, or failure to return the set may be charged up to the replacement value.

Return Condition

Return every included piece in the supplied packaging by the agreed return date. The refundable security deposit is released after the returned set is received and inspected, less any applicable late, damage, missing-item, or extraordinary-cleaning charges.
