Rental Period & Delivery

• The standard rental period is 7 calendar days beginning on the confirmed delivery date.
• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days processing plus approximately 8–10 business days in transit.
• Express delivery: 3–5 business days processing plus approximately 3–5 business days in transit, subject to approval and an additional fee.
• Select an event date that allows enough time for processing and transit. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit equal to the full original selling price, $199 USD, is required. It is released after the complete set is returned on time and passes inspection. Documented cleaning, repair, missing-item, late-return, or replacement charges are deducted when applicable.

Stains, Cleaning & Damage

• Covered: ordinary wear and light, removable food or makeup marks that fully come out during one standard professional cleaning are covered by the rental price.
• Additional cleaning: heavy, repeated, or set-in stains requiring specialty treatment—including oil, wine, ink, heavy cosmetics, mud, dye transfer, or strong odor—are charged at the actual additional cleaning cost.
• Repair or replacement: permanent stains, discoloration, burns, tears, holes, broken or missing fasteners, unauthorized alterations, missing pieces, or loss are charged at the actual repair or replacement cost, up to the $199 replacement value.
• Do not wash, dry-clean, spot-treat, iron, steam, alter, or repair the outfit yourself.

Returns

• The customer pays return shipping and must use a tracked service.
• Return the complete set by the due date using the supplied packing instructions.
• Late fees and documented deductions are assessed after inspection.
