Delivery
Standard fulfillment includes 3–5 business days of processing plus approximately 8–10 business days in transit. Express fulfillment includes 3–5 business days of processing plus approximately 3–5 business days in transit and requires approval and an additional fee. Standard outbound shipping is included.

Return shipping
The customer pays return shipping and must use the trackable return instructions or label provided by Yandan Hanfu. The package must be handed to the carrier by the confirmed return deadline. Late fees apply after that deadline.

Fully covered — no deduction
Standard professional cleaning and ordinary wear are included in the rental fee. This includes light removable makeup or foundation transfer, deodorant marks, dust or light soil at the hem, minor water-based food or drink spots, normal wrinkles, and other marks that standard professional cleaning fully removes.

Extra cleaning charge
When a stain requires specialist treatment or repeated treatment beyond standard cleaning, only the documented additional third-party cleaning charge is deducted from the refundable deposit. No markup is added.

Repair charge
Repairable damage—including pulled or opened seams, broken zippers, buttons or fasteners, small tears, detached beadwork, or damage to an included accessory—is charged at the actual documented repair cost without markup.

Replacement Value charge
Permanent stains or irreversible damage—including ink, oil or grease, dye or color transfer, burns, cuts, unauthorized alterations, or damage caused by customer washing or cleaning—as well as missing pieces, loss, or non-return are charged up to the disclosed Replacement Value. Total deductions never exceed the Replacement Value.

Do not clean or alter the item
Do not wash, dry-clean, iron, steam, repair, pin, cut, or alter any rental piece. Report any pre-existing issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Inspection and evidence
Returned items are inspected within 3 business days after warehouse receipt. Every deduction is supported by inspection photos and, when applicable, a cleaner or repair invoice. The remaining refundable deposit is released after inspection.
