They answered all my questions quickly. The only issue I had, was with the shipping company. The company name was Uni Express, horrible service. My only criticism is to use painters tap to bind the packages together. I was so worried that I could damage the packages taking the tape off. They were very well packaged and shipped promptly as stated on the IG link to website.
