• We strictly do not accept any returns or refunds for made to order, preorder and sale items.
• We have a no refund policy, however, we will do our best to assist you in exchange for another product of your choice. 
• All items are quality checked on return. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition without prior agreement, we are unable to proceed with the refund. 
• Please make sure that the tags are not removed.
