Measure before choosing a size

Letter sizes are not standardized between products. Compare your measurements with the chart for the exact item instead of ordering from your usual XL, 2XL or 4XL label.

• Qipao and Cheongsam: compare bust, waist, hips, shoulders, upper arms, dress length and slit placement where supplied.
• Hanfu tops and robes: check bust, shoulders, upper-arm room, sleeve length and garment length.
• Hanfu skirts and layered sets: check the relevant chest or waist measurement, waistband construction, skirt length and every fitted component.
• Weight guidance: treat suggested weight bands as a secondary reference because people at the same weight can have different proportions.

If your measurements fall into different size columns, prioritize the body area with the least garment ease and allow room for sitting, walking and layering. Current products span different maximum labels, including selected options from 2XL through 6XL; those labels do not represent identical garment measurements.

Confirm the exact included pieces

This hub includes both full outfits and separate dresses, tops, skirts, robes, outer layers and petticoats. Photographed belts, jewelry, bags, hair accessories, pibo, petticoats or styling layers are not automatically included unless the selected variant or product description states that they are. Read the complete variant name and recheck the cart line item before payment.

Check fabric, construction and availability product by product

The collection does not share one fibre, fabric, lining, stretch level, closure or care method. Terms such as silk, satin, brocade, jacquard, velvet, chiffon or embroidery apply only when the individual product page supports them. Review the exact listing for composition, opacity, lining, closures and care.

An extended-size option can remain part of a product structure even when that particular variant is temporarily unavailable. Confirm that your required color-and-size combination is selectable before checkout. Custom sizing is not available on every product and should only be assumed when the exact listing provides a customization option.

Shipping and event timing

Free worldwide shipping is available on all orders. Ready-stock items are normally dispatched within 3–5 days; made-to-order and preorder items typically require 3–4 weeks before dispatch. These are processing estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Allow additional time for international transit and any fit adjustments when ordering for a wedding, performance, festival or photoshoot.
