  **Rental Availability**

  Our rental service is currently available for **U.S. customers only**. Canada orders may be accepted upon request depending on delivery timing and return arrangements. Please contact us before booking if you are located in Canada.

  **Rental Period**

  Our standard rental period is **7 days, starting from the day your package is delivered**. Please ship the item back on or before the last day of your rental period using a trackable shipping service.

  For example, if your rental package is delivered on Monday, your rental period ends the following Sunday, and the return package should be shipped by Sunday.

  **Refundable Security Deposit**

  A refundable security deposit equal to the full retail price of this item is required at checkout. The deposit is not the rental fee. It will be refunded within **3–5 business days** after the item is returned, received, and inspected.

  Normal wear is acceptable. However, visible damage, heavy stains, missing pieces, late returns, or lost items may result in partial or full deduction from the deposit.

  Your rental includes the selected outfit pieces listed in the product details. Accessories, shoes, wigs, props, fans, jewelry, or extra styling pieces are not included unless clearly stated.

  Please do not wash, dry clean, alter, iron, steam, or repair the item yourself unless we give written permission.

  **Return Shipping**

  Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please ship the item back on or before the last day of your rental period using a trackable shipping service.

  Returned items must be shipped with a valid tracking number. Please keep your tracking information until your deposit has been refunded. We are not responsible for lost returns without tracking.

  Late returns, returns without tracking, or lost return packages may affect your deposit refund.
