We generally offer exchanges rather than returns for a refund. Standard returns for a refund are not accepted, but exceptions may be considered depending on the circumstances.
Please contact us before sending any items back. All returns must be approved in advance.
2. Sizing Issues
Please check the size chart for each product before placing your order. If you are unsure which size to choose, you are welcome to contact us for guidance.
If your item does not fit, please contact us with your order number and the size you would like instead. Subject to availability, we can discuss arranging a replacement in a suitable size for a modest additional fee. Additional shipping charges may apply.
The replacement fee depends on the item. We will confirm the available size and total cost, including any shipping charges, before you decide whether to proceed.
3. Quality Concerns, Damage or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality concern, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Clear photos showing the item and the issue.
- Photos of the packaging if the damage appears to have occurred during shipping.
After reviewing the details, we will work with you on a suitable solution. Depending on the nature and extent of the issue, this may include a partial refund, resending the affected item or component, or another mutually agreed solution.
If your package arrives damaged, please keep the packaging while we review the issue, as the shipping carrier may need it for verification.
4. Packages Lost in Transit
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the shipping carrier.
If the package is confirmed lost in transit, our usual solution is to resend the package. We will confirm the replacement arrangements with you before proceeding. If a replacement cannot be arranged, we will contact you to discuss an alternative solution.
5. Other Order Concerns
For any other concerns about your order, please contact us with your order details and a brief explanation.
We review requests individually. Contacting us does not automatically guarantee a return, exchange, or refund, but we will explain the available options and discuss any proposed solution with you before proceeding.
6. Returns & Exchanges — Approved Exceptions
Returns and exchanges requiring an item to be sent back must be approved by us in advance.
- Please contact us with your order number and the reason for your request.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. If your request concerns an item that arrived damaged or faulty, please describe its condition and provide photos when contacting us.
- If approved, we will provide the return address and instructions by email. Please do not send items to the address on the original shipping label.
- Please use a trackable shipping service and share the tracking details with us. Keep your shipping receipt until the return has been resolved.
- For approved returns due to sizing or personal preference, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For damaged, incorrect, or faulty items, we will confirm any shipping arrangements with you as part of the agreed solution.
7. Approved Refunds
If a full or partial refund is agreed upon, we will confirm the amount with you before processing it. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
