We generally offer exchanges rather than returns for a refund. Standard returns for a refund are not accepted, but exceptions may be considered depending on the circumstances.

3. Quality Concerns, Damage or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality concern, please contact us as soon as possible with:

• A brief description of the issue.
• Clear photos showing the item and the issue.
• Photos of the packaging if the damage appears to have occurred during shipping.

After reviewing the details, we will work with you on a suitable solution. Depending on the nature and extent of the issue, this may include a partial refund, resending the affected item or component, or another mutually agreed solution.

If your package arrives damaged, please keep the packaging while we review the issue, as the shipping carrier may need it for verification.

4. Packages Lost in Transit

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the shipping carrier.

If the package is confirmed lost in transit, our usual solution is to resend the package. We will confirm the replacement arrangements with you before proceeding. If a replacement cannot be arranged, we will contact you to discuss an alternative solution.

3. If approved, we will provide the return address and instructions by email. Please do not send items to the address on the original shipping label.
4. Please use a trackable shipping service and share the tracking details with us. Keep your shipping receipt until the return has been resolved.
5. For approved returns due to sizing or personal preference, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For damaged, incorrect, or faulty items, we will confirm any shipping arrangements with you as part of the agreed solution.
